Hotel Bel Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel Introduce New Wellness Program
Hotel Bel Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel introduce Scott Crawford Wellness Programs for their clients looking to become healthy and knowledgeable about their overall health and well being. As part of a ground breaking partnership with fitness specialist Scott Crawford, founder of California's SOMA Get Fit, guests can learn about The Lifestyle by Scott Crawford, a bespoke wellness offering. As part of a very broad collaboration with Crawford, Hotel Bel Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel will help guests feel good, get fit and have fun working one-on-one with a team of fitness coaches directed by Scott Crawford.
Whether their goals include a life-changing day-long wellness experience or a single workout session, guests of these hotels and their La Prairie Spa can arrange individualized wellness sessions with coaches or directly with Crawford. This ensures that a guest's personal health needs and objectives are addressed. Private sessions can be customized for all fitness levels, with personal training, yoga, local hikes, meditation and tai chi, and mat Pilates. All are offered under this new program. A guest's sessions can take place either outdoors or indoors, taking full advantage of the beautiful weather in Beverly Hills and the hotels' lush gardens, upper cabanas, Swan Lake, Will Rogers Memorial Park and Crystal Garden.
The individual 60 or 90 minute activities can also be incorporated into half-day or full-day custom fitness packages, including breakfast, lunch and an organic snack. They can also include a physical movement session, transportation to activities, a treatment at either hotel's award-winning la Prairie Spa and a special gift from the hotel. For the full day, added selections include such choices as horseback riding, cultural demonstrations, acting class, fitness classes, acupuncture and dinner at either hotel's celebrated restaurants, Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air or the Polo Lounge.
The hotels are delighted to be collaborating with Scott Crawford and his team. They feel Scott's holistic philosophies bring a whole new dimension to the world of wellness. His interest in the well-being of guests will surely enhance the experience at either hotel.
