A Beach Vacation on Aruba

I absolutely loved my recent vacation to Aruba. Palm Beach is spectacular with its warm crystal clear waters. The people are courteous and hospitable. What a great gem in the Caribbean!
Classic Vacations helped me put together a trip with air, hotel and activities. It was fabulous and I definitely saw everything there was to see and did everything there was to do while on Aruba.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the location of the hotel. Situated on 12 acres of magnificent beachfront, it faces the world renowned Palm Beach. The lobby is open air style and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. This resort is perfect for the discerning traveler as it offers upscale luxury from start to finish.
The luxurious guestrooms are fabulous and offer modern amenities in elegant Caribbean style. There are 24 suites on property and those are really special. If you are celebrating a special event, it is a nice splurge to stay in one of the suites.
Complimenting the style of the resort is a three level pool for guests to enjoy. My favorite pastime was lying on a chaise lounge poolside with a tropical drink in hand. This sure made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. The attendants at the pool are helpful and there to tend to your needs.
The six dining options allow you to enjoy and savor the flavors of Aruba. We tried each and enjoyed them all. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we decided to have dinner under the stars with our own butler service. This was quite an experience and I highly recommend it. It was romantic, delicious and completely decadent.
If you are traveling with children, Hyatt offers the Camp Hyatt for children 3 to 12 years of age. They offer an array of adventures and activities, all age appropriate. This makes for an extra fun vacation stay for the kids

While on Aruba we went on a Baby Beach Jeep adventure. We visited the unique geological formations at Arikok National Park and the Seroe Colorado Natural Bridge. We brought bathing suits and enjoyed a swim in the crescent shaped Baby Beach, known for its smooth ands and spectacular snorkeling. We also enjoyed a Palm Pleasure Sunset Sail and a Palm Pleasure Snorkel Adventure.
